Yoga is not just an exercise; it’s a beautiful journey toward connecting with yourself. Hatha Yoga, is a practice that symbolises the sun and the moon, cultivating harmony within the yin and yang, and the feminine and masculine energies present in all of us.

This journey will lead you towards achieving physical, mental, and emotional balance.

Through a thoughtful blend of physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama), Hatha Yoga aims to create a profound sense of balance, enhancing flexibility, building muscle strength, reducing stress, and improving mental clarity.

Classes are designed as a slow-paced Hatha Yoga Flow, focusing on mindful movement and synchronized breath, ensuring safety and effectiveness through proper alignment. Whether you’re a beginner or someone with more experience, you’ll find a welcoming space to support different abilities. Unlike more intense styles, we’ll hold poses longer, fostering deeper engagement and gradual progression that feels rewarding and sustainable.

Each session is thoughtfully structured around a peak pose, gradually preparing your body to achieve a specific posture by end of class. From a gentle grounding warm-up to Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), progressive standing poses, and finally reaching that peak pose. Each class concludes with a blissful guided relaxation, enriched by the soothing sounds and vibrations of the steel drum and Tibetan singing bowl, allowing you to internalise the tranquillity we’ve cultivated together.

To ensure accessibility, blocks and straps are always at hand to help beginners find proper alignment and comfort. The slow, progressive nature of the class makes it particularly suitable for older adults and those seeking a mindful structured practice.
